ADA SERVICESLas Vegas Ballpark takes pride in providing service to all guests including those requiring accommodations. ALCOHOL POLICYLas Vegas Ballpark works hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below: All guests purchasing alcohol, who appear to be younger than 30 years old, must present a valid ID. No alcohol will be sold to guests who appear to be impaired. There is a two (2) alcohol drink limit, per transaction. Alcohol sales on the concourses and in the seating areas will terminate at the start of the eighth inning Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion. Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest. Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof os being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. Glass beverage containers may not be removed from Club Level + Suite areas. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considred a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guests being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting ballpark property.

ANIMALSLas Vegas Ballpark welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within Las Vegas Ballpark. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date. Las Vegas Ballpark in coordination with the Las Vegas Aviators has select games during the season, identified as "Bark in the Park" nights, where guests are allowed to bring their dogs. Dogs permitted to the select games will follow the same requirements as previously mentioned as it relates to control at all times by its handler and must be fully vaccinated for rabies and other common diseases.

BAG POLICYIn order to prevent crowding at gates and expedite the entry process, Las Vegas Ballpark has adopted its Bag Policy. BICYCLESLas Vegas Ballpark is adjacent to the Downtown Summerlin Transit Facility (RTC - Regional Transportation Commission) an open plaza, shaded canopies, benches and bicycle racks. Upon arriving at the ballpark, cyclists can park at one of the bike racks located in the Downtown Summerlin Transit Facility, located in front of the Las Vegas Ballpark's Main Gate. Limited bike racks are available.

BLANKETSBlankets are permitted into Las Vegas Ballpark and the suggested accoutrement for seating on the grass berm or for other events that allow access to the field.

BOTTLES + CANSGuests will not be allowed to bring any type of bottle, can, thermos or beverage container inside of Las Vegas Ballpark. However, fans will be allowed to bring one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 33.8 fl. oz. (1 Liter) bottle of water (no soda, flavored water or soft drinks). Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside of the stadium.

BOX OFFICEThe Las Vegas Ballpark Box Office and Will Call are located off of South Pavilion Center Drive near the main entrance to the ballpark. Fans and guests are able to purchase tickets to all Aviators games and other Las Vegas Ballpark events during business hours listed below. CAMERAS + VIDEO EQUIPMENTCameras with interchangeable/detachable lens or external flash are prohibited. Tripods, monopods, "selfie sticks" and cameras with a lens longer than 6" (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the ballpark. Please note that professional photography, video cameras and video recording of games and/or events is strictly prohibited, unless provided with written consent and a credentialed media pass.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONSLas Vegas Ballpark is a cashless venue, and no cash will be exchanged between merchants and fans. Since all points of sale will be fully cashless, there will be options available for contactless payment.

CHAIRSChairs of any kind are not allowed inside Las Vegas Ballpark.

CHILDREN TICKET POLICYChildren ages two and under can enter the Las Vegas Ballpark for free as long as they sit in a parent's lap.

CLUB LEVELThe Las Vegas Ballpark Club Level is located on the third floor of the ballpark, providing exclusive access to suite holders and club level ticket buyers from Sections 209 - 214 and Lower Bowl Sections 108 - 114 (limited to the first three rows). Club Level seats include access to our air-conditioned premium lounge with upgraded food and beverage, in-seat wait service, wider seats made of 100% air-ventilated mesh, preferred parking, and a private entrance, elevator and restrooms. CODE OF CONDUCTMiLB Fan Code of Conduct Fans are entitled to enjoy the baseball experience free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions. Fans may not interfere with the event and/or athletes in any manner. Fans shall refrain from using abusive language or obscene gestures. Fans may not engage in fighting, throwing objects or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests and those who engage in any of these actions will immediately be ejected from the venue. Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to arena staff. Fans who consume alcohol must do so in a legal/responsible manner. Intervention with impaired fans will be handled in a prompt/safe manner. Fans shall comply with requests from the arena staff regarding arena operational and emergency procedures. Fans may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity on property. Violation of this Code may result in ejection without a ticket refund. Las Vegas Ballpark Guest Code of Conduct Las Vegas Arena Ballpark is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where: Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel. Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Management reserves the right to deny entry into the venue and/or refuse service to guests displaying visible signs of impairment/intoxication. Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats. Guests must possess a valid ticket and/or credential at all times, and provide it when requested. Guests are permitted to sit or stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and/or on chairs is strictly prohibited. Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects, attempting to enter the court/stage, verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees will be immediately ejected from the venue. Guests are not permitted to smoke in the venue. Las Vegas Ballpark is a non-smoking venue and property. Additionally, the immediate area around the arena is also non-smoking. Guests will not display any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing. Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures. Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior. Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety. Las Vegas Ballpark management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images The Las Vegas Ballpark staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system.

FOUL BALLSEach guest assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include but are not limited to being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise which are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, photographer's wells and other areas on the stadium grounds. Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

MEDIAAll approved media credentials must enter Media Entrance is located through the Admin Entry gates off of Oval Park Drive or for direct access to the Press Level, enter through the VIP Entrance at the front of the ballpark. Media Credentials can be obtained by contacting: Jim Gemma, Media Relations Director jgemma@aviatorslv.com 702.943.7226 Email requests must specifically state the media credential applicant's organization and requested date. Photographers are allowed on the field prior to the game ONLY with proper credentials displayed at all times. During the game, photographers may work from the designated phtographer sections inside the ballpark. Once the game has started, photographers MAY NOT enter the dugouts or go through dugout tunnels. Cameras are not allowed in the Clubhouse unless a specific request has been approved. Clubhouse Access is allowed to credentialed media beginning three hours prior to game time until one hour prior to game time. It will reopen 15 minutes after conclusion of game at the discretion of the manager. Clubhouse is closed between games of a doubleheader. Specific Interview Requests should be made to Jim Gemma, Media Relations Director, at least one day in advance of desired interview date and time.

MOBILE TICKETINGA digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. All Aviators gamesat Las Vegas Ballpark allow for tickets to be retrieved on smart phones using the team apps, stadium app, or Ticketmaster webpage.

NOISE MAKING DEVICESMusical instruments or any types of noise making devices are not permitted inside the Las Vegas Ballpark. This includes, but is not limited to, items like air horns, cowbells and whistles.

NURSING MOTHERSThe First-Aid station at the Las Vegas Ballpark, located behind Section 101, is available for nursing mothers privacy and convenience. OWNERSHIPThe Howard Hughes Corporation®, developer and owner of Summerlin®, Las Vegas Ballpark® and the Las Vegas Aviators®, built a top-tier stadium and first-class venue for the team and the community. Las Vegas Ballpark will host more than 30 civic, community and sporting events annually. As the second major sports facility in Downtown Summerlin, the new stadium establishes the community’s urban core as a vibrant sports and entertainment hub.

PARKINGThere are three designated Las Vegas Ballpark lots immediately adjacent to the Ballpark and located to the east, southeast and south of the venue. Combined, these surface lots have an estimated capacity of more than 2,500 vehicles. Downtown Summerlin valet is the official Rideshare location for Las Vegas Ballpark. Guests who use Rideshare services will be directed to the Dining Arroyo at Downtown Summerlin to be picked up after an event. Overflow surface lot parking is located on the west side of Downtown Summerlin's retail area. An enhanced walkway has been identified from that area of the parking lot through Downtown Summerlin to Las Vegas Ballpark. Traffic control personnel will be in place to assist with crossing Pavilion Center Drive before, during and after Las Vegas Ballpark events. RAIN DELAYIn the event of a game that does not become official (less than 5 innings, or home team is leading after 4.5 innings) your ticket stub is your receipt for a future game. Postponed game tickets can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value. All exchanges must be done in person at the Las Vegas Ballpark Ticket Office. Tickets may not be exchanged for the Independence Fireworks games or any other game held in conjunction with concerts and special events at the discretion of management. All exchanges are subject to availability. All game dates, times and promotions are subject to change and no part of the purchase price will be refunded. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at any price, even face value or less is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the ticket without compensation. These policies may be amended at any time without notice. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed.

RESTROOMSRestrooms are located throughout the Las Vegas Ballpark. All restrooms are ADA accessible and equipped with a baby-changing table. Please ask any staff member for directions to the closest restroom. Family restrooms are located on both the first and third base sides, as well as by the outfield entrance located closest to the pool.

RIDESHAREGuests who use Rideshare services will be directed to the Dining Arroyo at Downtown Summerlin to be picked up after an event. SCALPING + PROFITEERING POLICIESThe unlawful resale of any event ticket on Las Vegas Ballpark grounds, and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGESCelebrate life’s special moments at a Las Vegas Aviators game! Put a greeting on the Las Vegas Ballpark scoreboard. Birthday greetings, welcomes, marriage proposals, prom and more. Whatever your message, we’re here to help! Your greeting will appear on the scoreboard during the fifth (5th) inning. Greetings are limited to two lines of text, maximum of 35 characters long. SECURITY SCREENING POLICYAll guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside the Las Vegas Ballpark along with inspection of all carry-in items. Security staff will utilize walk-through magnetometers and handheld metal detectors to screen all guests at security checkpoints. Prior to the screening, guests will be asked to remove all metal from their pockets and person and place the items in a container for inspection. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the metal detector screening along with a bag search will be denied entry. SIGNS, FLAGS + BANNERS"Signs, Flags or Banners exceeding 11" x 17" or attached to a pole and/or stick are prohibited. Signs, Flags or Banners may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by Ballpark Management. Signs, Flags or Banners must be relevant to the event. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign, flag or banner at any time.

SOLICITATION POLICYAny unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on stadium grounds (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.

STROLLERSStrollers are welcome at the Las Vegas Ballpark, and can be left at the top of the seat section at the discretion of the guest. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat. Strollers may not obstruct stairs, walkways, or seats inside the stadium. Las Vegas Ballpark and their partners, vendors, and employees are not liable for any loss or damage of items. Items left more than 30 minutes after an event will be turned into Lost and Found Department. Items that remain unclaimed will be kept for a period of no longer than 30 days.

SUITESLas Vegas Ballpark provides a wide range of seating options including 22 suites. Suites can be accessed by owners 365-days a year for meetings, events, Las Vegas Aviators baseball games and all other events hosted at the Las Vegas Ballpark. SUNSCREENLas Vegas Ballpark allows fans to bring in non-aerosol sunscreen through the gates. Sunscreen kiosks can be found on day games in the Las Vegas Ballpark restrooms throughout the concourse and at the pool. Sunscreen is provided by Comprehensive Cancer Center.

TEAM STOREMerchandise for the Team Store is provided in an effort to offer the most extensive selection of officially licensed Las Vegas Aviators products. Regular Business Hours Monday - Saturday (Closed on Sunday) : 10 AM to 4 PM Game Day Hours (Public / Non-Ticketed Access) Night Games: Closes at 4PM Day Games: Closed to the Public On Game Days, the Team Store is open to ticketed guests upon gates opening and throughout event hours. There is no public access on Day Games until completion of the game. Enchant Christmas starts November 25 and the store will have operating hours during the event as event hours dictate.

Child Ticket Policy Everyone at Las Vegas Ballpark must have a ticket to enter the stadium. Children ages two and younger, that can sit on your lap, do not need a ticket. Rain Out Policy Tickets for a canceled game (suspended or rained out) may be exchanged for a future regular season game based upon availability. Tickets may be exchanged for a comparable seat with an equal or lesser value. A game is official after (5) completed innings or 4.5 innings if the Las Vegas Aviators are in the lead. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed and are not redeemable for cash. There are no refunds. Ticket Exchange Policy Las Vegas Aviators ticket exchange policy allows any unused season ticket to be exchanged for any Sunday - Wednesday game during the regular season (excluding April 9th and July 3rd). Ticket exchanges can be done at the Las Vegas Ballpark Box Office, Will Call, or online via Account Manager. Ticket Forwarding You can email tickets to friends, family, or clients up to two hours before the game. Each of your tickets carry a unique barcode ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your ticket is canceled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode via Ticketmaster that can be used on their smartphone. Step 1: Go to www.aviatorslv.com/myaccount and click on the “Account Manager” link.
